LABYRINTH COACHING

Welcome to Labyrinth Coaching, where we are dedicated to helping individuals identify and clarify priorities, accelerate progress and achieve personal and professional outcomes.

 

Using a person-centred, integrative approach to coaching, we focus on achieving behavioural change through deepening an individual’s understanding of the link between their thoughts and behaviours. We do this by building a warm and respectful relationship, and using an appropriate blend of challenge and support.
